Pawn Stars‘ Austin “Chumlee” Russell looked to be a whole heap of trouble after police found numerous weapons, meth, and a LOT of marijuana at his house during a raid targeting Chumlee as part of a sexual assault investigation back in early March. But it appears as though Chumlee is going to get off without any jail time after his attorneys reportedly worked out a sweeeeet deal with the prosecution.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, “the D.A. will charge Chumlee with felony possession of a firearm and felony possession of a controlled substance,” but those felony charges will reportedly be reduced to misdemeanors after he completes probation successfully.

So what about that sexual assault investigation that had police searching Chumlee’s house in the first place? TMZ’s sources say “police and Chumlee’s attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, ran an exhaustive investigation. Both sides found there was not enough evidence to charge him.”

But before Chumlee starts poppin’ corks and spinning around that stripper pole in his “Chum Chum” room, he has one more hurdle as the judge has yet to approve the deal.
