Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Danielle Staub sues Jacqueline Laurita’s daughter Ashley Holmes over weave-pulling

Alejandro Ingelmo Spring 2010 Preview After Party

A weave-pulling lawsuit, and it isn’t even in Atlanta? Unbeweavable!

BRAVO’s cameras were reportedly rolling for the moment that provoked Danielle Staub to head to court over weave-mistreatment.

The extension-pulling went down at a country club on November 11 when Danielle got into another disagreement with Teresa Guidice, Jacqueline Laurita, and Laurita’s 19-year-old daughter, Ashlee Holmes.

Staub, alleged former kidnapping, coke-addicted “prostitution wh*re” as described in book Cop Without a Badge, filed charges in Wayne, NJ. She’s dropped charges against Guidice and Laurita, but kept charges against Holmes. 19-year-old Ashlee Holmes will enter a plea or proceed to court at a later hearing. Hmmm, when Danielle was around Ashlee’s age, she was in court for something a little more serious than hair-tugging.

Not sure what the altercation was all about, or why Staub didn’t go out for blood on Guidice, but hopefully BRAVO got some good angles of the staged incident.

But really, this is all rather boring. The weave-pull move has already been perfected by Sheree from Atlanta, and can’t really be improved upon. The New Jersey franchise must be desperate for new ideas since all their drama was wrapped in Danielle’s past, which is old news by now, but they can’t just be stealin’ ideas from other shows! They need to play up that mafia angle more, now THAT would be interesting.

Danielle is no stranger to the legal system, along with her federal charges over 20 years ago, she’s also recently been sued by her ex-husband for allegedly defaming him.
