Despite filing for divorce in late January following a nuclear argument, Ramona Singer seems to be thinking twice about ending her marriage to Mario Singer.
“Really, right now, I don’t know where this is going,” Ramona told former co-star Bethenny Frankel on Tuesday’s episode of Bethenny. “I know my husband loves me, he knows I love him, and we’ll see what will happen, you know? Nothing is set in stone, life is an evolution.”
Although Ramona was fairly elusive with her answers, it wasn’t because she feared giving away a major Real Housewives of New York plot line: During the season that premieres tonight, Ramona says viewers will see her and Mario together.
“None of this happened until after the show,” Ramona said. “My situation with my husband didn’t happen until, actually, a couple of weeks ago.”
Even though the lines of communication seem to be open between Ramona and Mario, she hinted their marriage will only survive if she wants it to.
“Everything will work out the way I want it to work out,” said Ramona, whose 22nd wedding anniversary is technically this Friday.
The self-confident businesswoman also offered advice to anyone dealing with similar types of adversity: “Ladies and gentlemen, as long as you feel good about yourself, you can handle anything.”
Shortly after filing for divorce, Ramona told E! News she was coping by spending time with friends. She said she was also busy pitching in on the production side of RHONY by “encouraging the women to speak about things they wouldn’t normally speak about.” (That possibly just involved keeping them supplied with Ramona Pinot Grigio to loosen their lips…)
