Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga’s feud came to a head on last night’s Real Housewives of New Jersey. The two have been going at it for months on the show and after Teresa allegedly set her up on the season 4 finale episode, Melissa has finally had enough and is ready to cut all ties with Teresa — especially now that her former boss has gone on record claiming the whole thing WAS a set up.
“Anyone with two eyes can see that it was a complete setup,” Melissa tells Us Weekly. “If she admitted she set me up, I would hear her out. But if I forgave her, who’s to say she wouldn’t strike again? And who knows if it’s not going to be more desperate next time, with her planting crazier stories.”
Melissa maintains that while she had worked with Angelo Vrohidis (the man in the middle of all this) at Lookers Gentlemen’s Club in Elizabeth, NJ, it was not a strip club, and she was not a stripper.
As for any chance at a reconciliation, Melissa is no longer on board. “Why should I trust her? I’m not going to take the chance of letting her hurt me,” the “Rock Star” singer explains. “I’m officially done.”
This morning, Angelo himself spoke out, telling Radar Online that Teresa already knew about Melissa’s work with him but loved that he was the proof she needed to expose her. He added, “Kim and Teresa want to blow the whistle on her. They had me do this thing, ya know…’Melissa! Wow, I almost didn’t recognize you. You look fabulous!'”
Unfortunately for Melissa, she may be coming face-to-face with Teresa again soon. Filming on the fifth season of Real Housewives of New Jersey is just around the corner, and whether she likes it or not, Teresa will likely be there. “It’s going to be difficult,” Melissa admits of having to be in Teresa’s presence once again. “I don’t know how I’m going to handle it. I’m not even ready to be in the same room with her right now. I’m seriously not ready.”
