Being a reality star has its perks, but it definitely has its fair share of drawbacks as well. For example, any traumatic thing you experience you are forced to relive all over again when the episodes finally air. Such is the case with Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer, who not only must hop back on the emotional roller coaster of dealing with medical issues stemming from her special needs child, but must now also relive the split from her husband Corey Simms.
In addition, Leah has an ironclad contract with MTV that prevents her from talking about anything that might eventually play a part on the show, so she has had to sit back quietly as the media (us included) have been forced to speculate on what really happened between the two based on photos, comments made by friends online, and the always questionable “inside sources” of tabloid magazines.
The gossip fires were set ablaze when MTV premiered the trailer for Season 2 back in November which featured Corey Simms talking with his father and stating Leah “cheated on him again.” There were stories of multiple guys, night before her wedding hook ups, and everything else under the sun, to which Leah was forced to respond with a meager, “things aren’t what they seem.” And “you’ll have to wait to find out the truth.”
Well, we’ve waited, and now we have the truth! Leah took to Twitter Wednesday night and dropped a bombshell when she confessed that she cheated on her fiance Corey Simms a week before their wedding!
Okay, I cheated a week before my wedding people. I’m tired of hearing about it. At least I’m not a coward, and can admit my faults! It was one of my regrets in my life, stop accusing and pointing fingers. Things happen to different people different ways. #GodsMyJUDGE && I can not not change whats happened! I can only be proud of where I stand now, and learn from it. I’m in no way proud of my mistakes, But last I checked we aren’t proud of our mistakes. && There’s isn’t a souls out there thy could ever say I was a bad mom!
