Model Chloe Goins, 25, of Las Vegas, has formally accused Bill Cosby of sexual misconduct. Goins filed a civil suit in Los Angeles this week; her case is one of the few that could lead to criminal charges against the fallen star.

Goins is one of the 55 women who have accused Bill Cosby of sexual misconduct in some form. However, Goins’ case is especially relevant for the ongoing criminal investigation of Cosby’s alleged misdeeds, as the statute of limitations has not yet run out on Goins’ claim.

According to model Chloe Goins, she and Cosby met at a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, when Goins was 18. In what’s become a familiar story, Goins says Cosby gave her a drink; after drinking it, the model became dizzy, and said she didn’t feel well. Cosby took her to a back room at the Playboy Mansion, where she passed out.

Then, according to the lawsuit,

[Goins] awoke to find that her breasts were wet and sticky, as if someone had been licking them, and Bill Cosby was biting on one of her toes as he crouched at the end of the bed. Immediately upon waking up, she was startled and asked Bill Cosby what he was doing. Bill Cosby then got up and immediately left the room….Cosby has a habit, pattern, practice and/or modus operendi of drugging and sexually assaulting women without their consent. In fact, the nature of these activities establishes a history of a serial rapist that has been conducting these horrendous activities against women for over the last 40 years.

Neither Cosby nor his attorney have offered a comment on model Chloe Goins’ civil lawsuit. Cosby is preparing to give a sworn deposition in the case of model Judy Huth, who is part of attorney Gloria Allred’s lawsuit against Cosby. That deposition will take place this Friday, October 9.
