Just when I thought Teen Mom 3‘s Mackenzie McKee’s body couldn’t get any more insane, she proved me wrong with the top Instagram picture.

“Fitness model in the work,” the aspiring bodybuilding competitor said of the picture, which was taken after she got home from a long run. And, in case you’re wondering just how Mackenzie’s achieved such an incredible figure, the answer is lots of hard work. Just check out the “extreme cardio workout” video she posted to her new YouTube channel on Friday — in between caring for her two kids, teaching cardio classes, running an Etsy store and continuing with her own tumbling.

And because that’s not enough, Mackenzie also shares workout and health tips on a new blog. In her recent posts, she explained she basically never stops working out, whether it’s by doing squats with a baby on her shoulders or pushups when waiting for her hair to dry. As for a good diet, Mackenzie suggests eating high-protein, low-carbohydrate mini-meals six to eight times a day. (Awesome genes help, too!)
