Episode Eight of the podcast dealt with Koenig’s unsuccessful attempt to track down Jay to find out what he had to say now. At the trial Jay testified that he helped Adnan bury Hae’s body after Adnan killed her, and his testimony was the only direct evidence that Adnan is guilty of the murder.
