Wrestler Randy “Macho Man” Savage dies in car accident
Professional wrestling legend Randy “Macho Man” Savage died earlier today after suffering a heart attack while driving and losing control of his vehicle. The incident reportedly occurred in Tampa, Florida around 9:25 AM this morning.
Savage’s wife Lynn was a passenger in the 2009 Jeep Wrangler but suffered only minor injuries.

Florida Highway Patrol tells TMZ … Savage was driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler when he veered across a concrete median … through oncoming traffic … and “collided head-on with a tree.”
Savage was transported to Largo Medical center, where he died from his injuries.
Randy Savage was 58 and had just celebrated his one-year anniversary with wife Lynn earlier this month.
Both Lynn and Randy were reportedly wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. Alcohol was not believed to be a factor. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
