What will Lindsay Lohan be treated for in rehab?

Lindsay Lohan may be released from jail as soon as today, and when she gets out she’ll be immediately transferred to a rehab facility for 90 days.

Everyone knows that Linds checked into jail with a basketful of pill bottles including everything from medicine for acid reflux to the highly addictive sleep aid Ambien, Adderall ( an often abused amphetamine) and the extremely addictive powerful painkiller Diluadid, but TMZ says her main drug of choice is meth!

They claim she will be treated at Morningside Recovery for addiction to the destructive stimulant often referred to as Crystal Meth, opiates (like Diluadid.) She’ll also be treated for a bipolar disorder diagnosis (which used to be called manic depression.)

TMZ says their source on this matter is “very close to Lindsay’s case,” but Lindsay’s Lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley says this is a “fabrication, 100%. I have never seen anything that implies that my client has an issue with methamphetamine abuse.”

So, basically Lindsay’s not  addicted to meth, but one thing’s for sure: she’s goin’ to rehab for something!

This February Lindsay gave an interview to UK’s The Sun detailing her past forays into cocaine and alcohol addiction, but claimed to be  sober and have a new outlook on life.

Like everyone who gets addicted to drugs and alcohol Lindsay was trying to mask pain in her life, especially from her tumultuous childhood. We’ve all watched her publicly go through something many people go through privately; struggling with drug addiction and family, relationship and career problems and it’s been brutal to watch at times. She’s easy to make fun of, especially when she goes the classic route of the drug addict by making up preposterous excuses, but hopefully this stint in jail, and now court-ordered rehab will force her to self-reflect and take responsibility for her life and her sobriety.

Get better Lindsay!
