VIDEO Wake Flocka Flame is running for president — see what issues he wants to tackle
Watch out, Hillary! Waka Flocka Flame is throwing his name into the mix for the upcoming presidential election.
“Hillary is my only competition right now because the women love her and she’s honest and her husband is Bill so it’s a tough one,” Waka said in a campaign video released by Rolling Stone. “I hope I make it.”
Waka — who actually signed the official papers to toss his name into the ring — is running with DJ Whoo Kid. The first order of business if they are elected? Legalizing marijuana. (It’s no coincidence he announced his candidacy on 4/20.) But that’s not all. Other important issues he wants to address include women’s rights, education and pesky people with feet larger than a size 13.
“Anybody who got feet over size 13 cannot walk in public no more. They have to take trains, cabs and busses,” he said. “I don’t want to see your big a** feet taking up all the space on the concrete.”
He also wants to impose tougher restrictions on dogs, explaining, “I don’t want to see no f**king animal in the restaurant ever again.”
As for women’s rights, his stance is actually that we’re good enough.
“I feel like women got all the rights already. What else do they want? My mother was my father and my mother so she controlled the house, she raised five men, put food on the table, she kept the lights on,” he said. “Women are pretty tough right now. I feel like it’s not the thing of rights for women, it’s more of a respect thing.”
It should be interesting is Waka makes it as far as the debates. (If he makes it farther than that, the word I would use to describe our situation as a country isn’t “interesting.”)
