Answering one of those questions that almost everyone was curious about, but no one really wanted to know, Kendra Wilkinson confirmed she slept with Hugh Hefner during her tenure as one of his girlfriends.
Kendra, who is currently appearing on the U.K.’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, was quizzed by fellow contestant Melanie Sykes about the nature of her relationship with the Playboy founder. Kendra explained she didn’t think twice about accepting Hef’s offer to be a girlfriend…
“Hef asked me to be one of his girlfriends and live in the mansion and I was like, ‘Hell yeah, I’m there!’ I was living in this small-a** apartment, I was praying for anything to get me out of there,” said the former The Girls Next Door star.
Melanie probed, “Are you obligated to have sex with him?”
“Um, I moved in and weeks went by and I didn’t know that sex was involved,” Kendra said. “I knew nothing about Playboy, I’d just graduated high school.”
But, after she had the chance to settle in, Kendra said Hef brought up the topic…
“He was like, ‘Do you want to come upstairs?'” she said. “And I was ‘Sure, let’s have fun.'”
Others then chimed in to ask whether all of the girlfriend sleep with him at the same time (yes), who the youngest girlfriend was (Kendra, at 18, was 60 years younger than 78-year-old Hef) and how she ended the relationship (by coming home and announcing she was engaged). Superbike champ Carl Fogarty concluded, “And they say romance is dead.”
