Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard , the winner and runner-up, on the second season of American Idol have joined forces for a North American concert tour. The tour, entitled Timeless, launched July 23 in Asheville, NC, at the historical Biltmore Estates.

To provide a little taste of what to expect for the Timeless tour here is a crowd clip of Clay Aiken crotch grabbing and awkwardly booty shaking his way through a medley of soft pop classics. Aiken is so kooky while he jams out to all those songs that played while you sat in your chair during the 8th grade formal dance.

Go white boy go white boy go!  The songs performed while Aiken body rocked were; This Is How We Do It, Poison, Achy Breaky Heart, The Right Stuff, Mmmm Bop, The End Of The Road, I Swear, I Want It That Way and Do You Remember The Time.  I bet your sister had every one of those songs on cassingle.

In a previous statement Aiken said about this tour:

“I couldn’t ask for a better tour mate. To be able to share the stage with him again is so exciting. He is such a talented artist. He inspires me daily and I think that respect and admiration will truly be reflected in our show.”

Studdard had much of the same to say about his tail wagging medley mate:

“It is truly a blessing and an honor to be on the stage with my friend. The relationship that we have built over these past eight years will definitely translate into a great show for our fans. And I’m really looking forward to singing the timeless classics every night.”
