Sometimes Valentine’s day can be a heart-breaker. You confess to your crush your true feelings only to be rejected, or worse, ignored. Your significant other forgets to do anything special for you. No one sends you a Student Council Candy Gram.

But this definitely tops makes the finals for worst Valentine’s Day ever for the poor dude named Nick who proposed to his girl Melissa during a NY Rangers game on the day of love. “I guess she needs some more time,” says the announcer to the girl’s answer. Ouch.
