VIDEO 2011 Green Lantern trailer in HD with photos

DC and Warner Brothers have released the first trailer for Green Lantern, not due to be released until June 17, 2011. The trailer features numerous scenes with Ryan Reynolds as Earth’s rep on the Green Lantern Corps flying about in his green suit and mask as well as some great shots of some of the other characters like Abin Sur, Sinestro and Hector Hammond. Here’s a hi-def version that demands you watch it in full screen mode!

The trailer also has a fantastic closeup of the real star of the film, Green Lantern’s power ring! Check this bad boy out – it looks like a World of Warcraft High School class ring, and I mean that in a good way!

Perhaps the funnest looking living character is ol’ Sinestro with his Christmasy red head and green body looking like the green devil of jealousy himself!
