30 Rock‘s Tracy Morgan is in critical condition following a deadly multiple car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike.
“Tracy remains in critical condition at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. He sustained these injuries in an accident that occurred early this morning as one of several passengers in a chauffeured SUV returning from a tour date in Delaware,” rep Lewis Kay said in a statement. “His family is now with him and he is receiving excellent care. We don’t anticipate much of a change in his condition today but will provide a further update once more information becomes available.”
Sgt. Gregory Williams of New Jersey State Police told The Associated Press Tracy was traveling on a limo bus with six others when the accident occurred around 1 a.m. Saturday. Another passenger on the bus, 63-year-old James McNair, was killed when the vehicle flipped.
Four people, including Tracy, were taken to a local hospital. All four are listed in critical condition.
Two tractor-trailers, an SUV and two cars were also involved in the wreck. The accident shut down the busy turnpike for five hours.

The cause of the accident isn’t immediately known, but state police speculated that one of the trucks may have rear-ended the limo bus.
