Ramones drummer wants his money.

Hey! Ho! My dough!  The longest tenured drummer in the history of the seminal punk band The Ramones, Marky Ramone, is claiming that he has been denied royalties that he is owed. 

TMZ is reporting that documents were filed in New York’s Supreme Court yesterday in which Marky, real name Marc Bell, claims that a royalty deal was signed back in ’05 but that payments mysteriously stopped coming his way in 2008.  Marky – Marc blames this error on a funky bunch of shady business deals by the parties in charge of distributing his royalties.

Bell claims he is owed $175,000 in royalties and is also seeking over $1,000,000 in punitive damages.
