As a celebrity blog we are contractually obligated to do some sort of Lindsay Lohan post once a month, and since the troubled starlet has somehow managed to avoid making headlines with another arrest, posing nude in a magazine, helping to kill Osama Bin Laden, revealing secret love affairs with Heath Ledger, having serious issues with her teeth, or getting into yet another scuffle with her mom or dad, this month’s update is merely a visual check-in as Lindsay posed for photos on the red carpet at the 2012 amfAR New York Gala.
Ahhhhhh… I still remember lil Lindsay Lohan making her big screen debut at 11 years old in the Disney remake of Parent Trap in 1998. That was followed by more promising roles in Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded. But, speaking of parent traps, mean girls, freaky Fridays, and fully loaded, Lindsay has had a rough life since we first saw her as that wonderfully charismatic 11-year old almost 14 years ago.
Now the hard living former actress appears to be pushing 50 and can’t seem to land an acting gig outside of films that involve some sort of former porn star.
Ah, you know I’m just kidding (about the age thing at least). Lindsay is only 25 and as I mentioned at the top of the post she seems to be keeping herself out of trouble of late – or at least out of the headlines. And let me be the first to congratulate her on not only cleaning up her act, but cleaning up her teeth! It’s almost like the Orbit gum girl paid a visit!
