In addition to following in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps in trying to “break the internet” with a sexy photo last week, Lindsay Lohan is also apparently taking inspiration from Kim Kardashian’s rather infamous Instagram Photoshopping skills. In January, Lindsay shared a thong selfie in which it was obvious that she made herself thinner via photo editing, and just hours ago she shared another photo of herself on Instagram with an even more egregious use of Photoshop in an effort to enhance her badonkadonk.
Just in case you’re not too familiar with the tell-tale signs of Photoshopping, I’ve pointed them out here:
It is VERY obvious based on the warping of the doorway in the background that Lindsay attempted to make her waist and leg a bit thinner while stretching out her derriere. Humorously, Lindsay’s caption did mention that she had edited the photo, but only to crop off her red feet. “My feet look red lol- had to take that out,” she wrote. “Only real red is my hair.”
When will these celebrities learn that it’s all about that background? If you’re going to severely alter your images, don’t post in front of straight lines — or any sort of pattern or object(s) that can’t be distorted without being noticeable. I think I’m going to start a business selling monochrome selfie backdrops.
As an example of what I’m talking about. I assume Lindsay also manipulated her other leg to look thinner as well, but because the background is monochrome white, there’s no way to know for sure.
Of course, the obvious Photoshopping could potentially be just a distraction to draw attention away from Lindsay’s other headline-grabbing Instagram faux pas from Tuesday night. The 28-year-old actress posted a photo of Kanye West performing during Paris Fashion Week and referenced his “All Day” lyrics in the caption, including the “n” word. “#kanye&kimAlldayn****$ fun show #PFW #goodpeople=goodlife all from good moms!!!!!! @dinalohan @krisjenner,” Lindsay wrote before deleting and reposting.
