PHOTOS and VIDEO Maria Shriver talking on cell phone while driving AGAIN
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger supported a law that was passed last year in California making it illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving. It seems his wife didn’t get the memo because Maria Shriver has already been photographed three times breakin’ da law, the latest of which occurred just minutes after Arnold tweeted to Harvey Levin, “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There’s going to be swift action.”
TMZ got this video footage of Maria chatting away behind the wheel of a black SUV in Brentwood today:
Notice how quickly she drops the phone once she realizes she’s on camera! BUSTED! (Please, please, please let that be a phone call from Arnaold telling her she needs to quit talking on the phone while driving!) If she’s not areful, she’s going to end up losing her Shriver’s license!

UPDATE 10-14-09: Maria Shriver has issued an apology, according to californiawomen.org. Here’s what she had to say:
“I’m sorry. I will be donating my favorite old cell phone to my Women’s Conference partner Verizon through their HopeLine program that helps domestic violence shelters.
I invite anyone else who wants to recycle their old phone to join me.
That’s my version of swift action with a higher purpose.”
