On the Season 2 premiere of Mob Wives Renee Graziano went under the knife for a “full body makeover” that resulted is some very serious and life-threatening complications. The 41-year-old reality star lost six pints of blood and was forced to stay in the hospital for 16 days!
Renee has since fully recovered from the ordeal and earlier today she fully uncovered poolside at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida to show off the results! Well, not fully uncovered, but she did take everything off except a small, turquoise bikini.

Ahhhhh, but the badass brunette brick house wasn’t all toughness as she donned a printed pullover and frolicked about in the pool!
Yes, that is Renee Graziano frolicking. And perhaps it wasn’t just her new (and finally healed) body that had her in good spirits – she also received a custom desert from some rather creative fans in the kitchen:
Now before you get all upset at Renee Graziano for promoting plastic surgery as a viable means to lose weight, she has since some around on her thinking. “Don’t waste your money,” she said during her recent appearance on Anderson. “Go to the gym, exercise, eat right, and just know what — just really consciously and mentally know what you’re doing.”
