Kim Richards issued arrest warrant
Kim Richards, of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame, has been issued an arrest warrant stemming from her 2015 dust up at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Richards avoided jail time for the incident, in which she was charged with trespassing, public intoxication, resisting an officer, and battery on a police officer, by agreeing to a plea deal in which she received 3 years probation. In addition, Richards was mandated to attend 52 AA classes, and 30 days community service.
The arrest warrant issued today is a direct result of the 51-year-old failing to provide the court documentation that she has attended the requisite AA classes, via TMZ.
Bail was set at $26,000.
The former child actress’ struggles with alcohol addiction have been documented on the popular Bravo series. In a blog posted Wednesday, Kim thanked everyone for “all the love, prayers and encouragement that you showed Monty (Kim’s late ex-husband) and my family over these last two years.”
