Avril Lavigne recently parted ways with former Hills star Brody Jenner after dating for nearly two years. Since then, she has been linked to Marilyn Manson, and now it seems as though she’s gone in a completely different direction. During a recent trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, Avril was seen with a top-heavy mystery female, and they looked like way more than just friends!
Avril was spotted snuggling with her gal pal on a lounger, doing a bit of suggestive bikini dancing with her, holding her hand while walking on the beach, and even copping a feel! (That’s second base y’all!) So, is Avril officially dipping her feet in the lady pond, or is this mischievous celebrity just playing a prank on the paparazzi? Some sort of Avril Fool’s joke? You’d think if she was just clowning around, she’d simply smack her friend’s butt or something more harmless. Judging by the photos, that isn’t the case.
Avril Lavigne has never discussed her sexual preference. All we know is that she’s engaged in relationships with plenty of men — well, allegedly. She has been rumored to have dated everyone from Brandon Davis to Justin Murdock to Wilmer Valderama. In addition to her relationship with Brody Jenner, she was also married from 2004-2009 to Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley.
Avril’s new lady friend wasn’t the only thing new in Mexico. She also showed off her new hair style — she’s rocking the Cassie ‘do. You know, the side is completely shaved and Avril, being the punk rocker that she is, can totally pull it off. Why didn’t she think of this sooner?
As for her possible new relationship, we’ll just have to wait and see. When Avril started up a relationship with Brody Jenner, she kept it on the D.L. for months and rarely addressed their courtship to the press. In the two years they dated, she only mentioned Brody a handful of times. So when it comes to the question of “Is Avril a lesbian?” we’ll just have to keep looking at photos and wondering.
