Duck Dynasty‘s 16-year-old sweetheart Sadie Robertson not only inherited her mother’s good looks, but it seems she may have also gotten her dad Willie’s — and granddad Phil’s — love for business because it was just announced earlier this month that Sadie will be teaming up with the modern queen of youthful and vibrant fashion, Sherri Hill, on a line of prom dresses available in the spring of 2014!

According to the press release from Sherri Hill, “The ‘Sadie Robertson Live Original’ collection by Sherri Hill is retro inspired, has ‘Willie approved’ dress lengths and has something for every prom girl.” Sounds about perfect!

A very excited Sadie tweeted about the big announcement on August 6 along with a logo-less version of the photo above featuring herself in a gorgeous white strapless dress with black polka dots:

Sadie, her mother Korie, grandmother Chrys Howard, and sister Rebecca were all in attendance at a Sherri Hill fashion show just after she made the tweet above, and they all looked their usual glamorous selves as they posed in front of a “Sadie Robertson Live Original” by Sherri Hill backdrop:

It’s not known if Sadie’s fashion business venture will be featured in the fourth season of Duck Dynasty, which premieres tonight at 10/9c on A&E. I would guess by the timing that it will either not make it on, or will be an exciting part of the last couple episodes.

Sadie does figure to feature prominently this season for something else, however, as Season 10 American Idol winner Scotty McCreery performed at her Sweet 16 birthday bash! In addition to McCreery’s performance (which included a dance with Sadie), the Southern Soiree featured lobster corn dogs, a cake by Jay Qualls, a “Redneck Red Carpet,” and decorations selected by HGTV’s Junk Gypsies according to Us Weekly.

Teenage girls around the country empathized with Sadie while watching her try to find a dress in the Duck Dynasty “Homecoming Episode” last year. This year Sadie won’t have any problem finding a prom dress that she loves and that makes her dad happy.

Sadie will walk the runway in Sherri Hill’s New York Fashion Week show September 9th, and be featured in the Spring 2014 lookbook.

Sherri Hill is one of the go-to designers for young Hollywood celebrities red carpet moments and performances including Selena Gomez, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Bella Thorne.

The “Sadie Robertson Live Original” collection will be available in over 500 boutiques in Spring 2014. Boutique locations are listed on the Sherri Hill website www.SherriHill.com.

Strangely, Sherri Hill didn’t announce she is planning to collaborate with Uncle Si Robertson on a line of prom menswear…
