Zandra Rhodes crashes her car into a hardware store

Eccentric designer Zandra Rhodes went from fashion to crashin’ Tuesday morning as she drove her Ford Taurus station wagon through the front window of Meanley and Son Hardware store in La Jolla, California.

The accident took place at 10:45 a.m. and injured one person, a 42-year-old female shopper who was later taken to a La Jolla hospital. Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
