Where does Beyonce buy her clothes? (Well, assuming she buys them)

If you’re a woman and you wish to dress like an A-list celebrity, normally that means having to shell out thousands for designer clothes — and that’s only if you’re lucky enough to live in a big city or have the right connections. But, if you’re a woman (or a man!) wanting to dress just like the A-listest of A-listers, Beyonce, it’s neither hard nor all that expensive!

If you visit Beyonce.com right now you will see Beyonce wearing clothes from one particular brand in seven out of the first eleven photos that she is in! (And that includes a couple of photos in which you cannot see her top, and another in which she is wearing a swimsuit.) That brand is The Laundry Room.

In the photo at the top of this post Beyonce is wearing The Laundry Room’s “America is for Lovers” rolling tee, which is available for only $56.00 at the time of this post! Here is another shot of Beyonce in the shirt alongside a model for TLR:

Of course, Bey added a bit of flair by wearing the tee inside out and underneath a red Givenchy jacket, but still. 🙂

For a more complete ensemble from The Laundry Room, why not try a combination of one of their #ZoTees (Zodiac Tees) with their Shark Bite denim jacket? Beyonce can be seen wearing both in several photos on her site:

Here’s Bey in her Virgo #ZoTee with her Shark Bite jacket on the table:

The #ZoTees are available in all twelve zodiac signs (not just Virgo) for $56 each from TLR. And don’t think for a second they are just a simple t-shirt! The Laundry Room co-owner and designer Joey Pauline explains their origin as well as his appreciation for Beyonce’s support:

I designed the #ZOTEES prints while in a personal transition and studying the heart.. and really asking myself “Who am I?” I chose to mimic a “label” type of design to create a simple print that would both label and unify all of the coolest girls in the world. Just as all the Zodiac signs combine to form the great circle of the zodiac belt, the girls who follow The Laundry Room have a combined passion for authentic individuality that also transmits a powerful combined celestial energy which we believe empowers passions and dreams.

A line from our manifesto reads, “We Believe imperfections make us (one of a kind). Be Rare. Be Transparent. Embrace Individuality.” The Laundry Room #ZOTEES unifies all the girls who follow The Laundry Room by simply labeling them with their zodiac sign, and hopefully continuing the simple discovery of “Who am I?” “I mean.. My shirt says I’m a “Virgo,” but “Who am I?” We hope to inspire others to ask themselves this question, and then share themselves.. their TRUE selves with the rest of the world!

My Brother & I are just a couple’a young hippie dreamers who followed their passion for creating and started a womens clothing line in their early 20’s.. That’s why we’re so excited that Beyonce has supported The Laundry Room dream again and again.. simply put, she’s a Virgo; but we all know who Bey is because she continuously shares her true self with the world; she’s an amazing example of a woman who has always followed and then shared her passion, and her heart, and as this Virgo lives true to herself by simply following and living her dream she inspires the women of the world to do so as well.

If that doesn’t have yo ordering your own #ZoTee RIGHT NOW, I don’t know what will!

If you’re wanting the Shark Bite denim jacket, however, you might be out of luck as it appears to be out of stock everywhere. It was listed for sale at Urban Outfitters under the description “Vintage denim jacket by Laundry Room for Urban Renewal” for $129, but is no longer available there either.

Here’s Beyonce doing her impersonation of the Denim Shark jackets selling out and disappearing:

On a positive note, we asked The Laundry Room’s Joey Pauline about whether or not the jacket will be made available again after the Beyonce exposure. “We are talking to them now about it!” he excitedly tells us. So keep those fingers crossed!

Beyonce’s fondness for The Laundry Room is nothing new. She previously made headlines with the brand’s now-famous “99 Problems” shirt dress back in November.
