Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are only a few months removed from a cheating scandal that nearly ended their relationship. But if a new report is to be believed, the two are better than they’ve ever been — and are apparently ready to have a second child, in order to finally heal the breach. But are Khloe and Tristan having another baby? Or are they just fooling themselves?
The report comes from Us Magazine, and cites the ever-present anonymous source. According to that source, Khloe and Tristan are indeed “trying for another baby,” and are doing so “actively.” It’s very important for Khloe, who “loves being a mom,” that her daughter True “have a sibling.”
In addition, Khloe believes that she and Tristan “are fine.” And, though she “isn’t pregnant yet,” in the words of the source, “nothing will stop” Khloe from getting pregnant by Thompson a second time.
We’re only a day removed from gossip alleging that Scott Disick has been nursing a months-long affair with Khloe, so this new story about Tristan is honestly pretty refreshing. Whether or not she and Tristan ever really do have a second child together is almost beside the point. Their headlines have been nothing but cheating and scandal for months, mixed in with plenty of reminders that Tristan may well have cheated *with* Khloe before he cheated *on* her.
So seeing a story like this is actually kind of…nice? Not because it suggests they’ll get a fairtytale ending to their story (it doesn’t). It’s more that Khloe may well have found her baby daddy balance. For Kourtney and Scott, that means her rolling her eyes at his childish ways before inevitably getting married to him when they’re both too tired to start over with new people. And maybe Khloe and Tristan are headed for the same kind of thing.
