It’s been way too long since we have had reason to talk about Farrah Abraham’s private parts, but thankfully that dry spell is over! The Teen Mom OG star recently went in for vaginal rejuvenation as well as a butt tightening — and of course she invited a camera crew along.

According to Radar Online, Farrah got a new new hoo hoo inside and out. I checked out the BHRC website and it appears that what Farrah had done is what they refer to as “the BTL Exilis Ultra Femme 360 procedure.” The procedure uses radio waves to heat below the surface to reduce fat and stimulate collagen production.
