When it rains it pours for Tamra Judge and her kids. Just over a week ago, her oldest son Ryan Vieth had a nasty Instagram battle with ex-fiancée and baby mama Sarah Rodriquez. Viewers saw their strained relationship begin to unravel at the end of season 10 of RHOC, but no one expected a falling out quite so ugly.
Now, Tamra’s oldest daughter, Sidney, is making some serious allegations about her including mental and verbal abuse.
After Tamra admitted during the RHOC reunion that her relationship with Sidney was strained, a volcano erupted within the Barney/Judge clan.
Following Tamra’s confession, Simon used social media to defend his daughter and attack his ex-wife’s character. Now today, Sidney has broken her silence to share her side of the story.
A very private Facebook account claiming to belong to Sidney posted a lengthy explanation as to why she lives with her dad instead of her mom.
The reason I do not live with my mother is not because of my dad, it is because she is mentally/verbally abusive and not a mother to me. When I told my mother that I didn’t want to live with her anymore I asked only a few things from her. For the past two years I’ve been asking her to stop treating me badly, to stop doing embarrassing and talking about me on the show, and to not use my siblings and I as storylines. Clearly she hasn’t followed through with anything that would have made me go back to her house. After telling her this for two years in consoling, she still hasn’t recognized that these problems are between her and I and continues to make this about my father and her.
The teenager also made a harsh claim against Tamra saying, “If she really wanted me back in her life she would have taken responsibility and changed two years ago when I told the first time what was causing our relationship to suffer.”
Rather than working toward a loving mother/daughter bond, Sidney feels their relationship is nothing but material for reality TV. “I am just another storyline that feeds her fame and her wallet.”
Around the same time Sidney posted this to Facebook, Tamra tweeted, “I love you more than you know.”
