Couples Therapy season six cast announced

Jenn Mann - Couples Therapy Season 6

First, the bad news about the sixth season of Couples Therapy: There are no Teen Mom-affiliated couples. The good news, though, is it sounds like there will be plenty of drama with the rest of the cast!

“VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn returns this fall with five all-new couples seeking counseling hoping to discover whether or not their relationships can overcome past hardships,” VH1 said in a press release. “Each couple is facing unique problems – some of their issues center on having every detail of their relationship in the public eye and blown out of proportion.”

Here who’s on Couples Therapy

Angela “Big Ang” Raiola and Neil Murphy

Big Ang is hopping over from VH1’s Mob Wives to sort out some issues with her hubby, Neil Murphy. The pair recently participated in Wife Swap — and has plenty else going on with her cancer battle.

Joe Budden and Kaylin Garcia

On-again, off-again couple Joe and Kaylin of Love & Hip Hop New York fame see if they can establish something permanent or if they need to go their separate ways for good.

Janice Dickinson and Dr. Robert “Rocky” Gerner

The infamous former supermodel and her psychopharmacology expert fiancé got engaged in December 2012, but are yet to tie the knot — something Janice didn’t hesitate to do three times before.

Scott Stapp and Jaclyn Stapp

The Creed frontman and his wife of nine years have been through a lot in the past year, including when he was placed on psychiatric hold and threatened to kill President Obama. Jaclyn filed for divorce last summer, but said she hoped to make things work after Stapp was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Carmen Carrera and Adrian Torres

Transgender model Carmen and husband Adrian announced a split in January 2013, but vowed to remain friends. Can they go back to having something more?

All of the couples will get help from Dr. Jenn Mann. They will also do group and individual exercises “to see if they can rekindle the love they used to have for one another — or if it’s time for them to go their separate ways.”

The new season of Couples Therapy will premiere this fall.
