Have something to tell us, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt?
A Twitter follower casually asked Heidi whether she and Spencer “have a kid,” to which Heidi provided a slightly confusing response.

Meaning they’re trying? Heidi’s pregnant? Or she finally convinced hubby Spencer to procreate?
The semi-announcement may be a big deal for The Hills villains, who’ve been divided on the subject of kids for years.
“I think he never wants kids, but maybe I’ll have a surprise for him,” Heidi told MTV News in 2009.
During their one-hour E! special earlier this year, it seemed Heidi and Spencer weren’t any closer to aligning on family plans.
“I wouldn’t want to be Spencer Pratt’s kid… I don’t want to have my kid having to Google his parents and be like, ‘Oh my God,'” Spencer joked. He said on a more serious note, “I do have a whole lot of concerns about having children, but I’ve decided I don’t have a whole lot of say in the matter!”
Heidi added, “So we’ll see. We’re definitely not trying for kids now, but maybe in the next few years.”
So, what’s changed? Heidi and Spencer’s recent experience with Celebrity Wife Swap may have had something to do with it: She switched lives with Olympian Amanda Beard, who has two young children.
By doing so, Heidi would have seen firsthand what dealing for two kids under the age of four is like while Spencer would have had the chance to talk with a down-to-earth mom about parenting.
Spencer and Heidi’s episode of Celebrity Wife Swap airs on ABC next Tuesday at 10/9c.
