American Horror Story’s Ben Woolf has died
American Horror Story‘s Ben Woolf has died after sustaining injuries in a car accident last week. He was 34.
“We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years,” Ben’s family told TMZ. They added Ben’s organs are being donated to some 50 recipients.
According to police, Ben was struck in the head by the sideview mirror of a SUV when jaywalking in Hollywood last Thursday night. He remained in critical-but-stable condition through the weekend, but his family said he died after suffering a stroke today.
Ben’s stint as Meep on this season of American Horror Story: Freak Show was relatively brief, but left a lasting impression on viewers and his costars. Jamie Brewer led the tributes to him… I’m sure many more are to come.
