The 90 Day Fiance Season 6 finale aired Sunday night, but the cast drama continues to play out on social media. The latest major development is an apparent split between Jonathan and Fernanda as she hints that Jonathan didn’t live up to his vows, and he claims that Fernanda left him to pursue a modeling career.
We will start with Fernanda’s posts. She shared a text graphic in her Instagram story with the followin gmessage:
When a toxic person can no longer control you, they will try to control how others see you. The misinformation will feel unfair, but stay above it, trusting that other people will eventually see the truth, just like you did.
She also posted a wedding photo with Jonathan and captioned it by writing: “‘I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honour you all the days of my life’ -He said.”
That was pretty much it from Fernanda. Meanwhile, Jonathan basically penned a novel in the comments section of his Instagram account! The Q&A session was on a photo that Jonathan shared enjoying thanksgiving with his mother and other family members:
The Fernanda-less photo had a lot of folks asking questions, especially after her post suggesting the two might be having issues. Jonathan was happy to respond, and spill all kinds of tea! Here is a very comprehensive recap of what Jonathan wrote with a few comments that he has since deleted — including one about show producers encouraging his mom to be “hard on Fernanda.”

JONATHAN: No she’s in Houston. She wanted to pursue a modeling career in Chicago. Decided to leave and realized she couldn’t do it on her own. She said MANY things you can’t take back that I won’t mention, you’ll have to trust me when I tell you, good luck.

JONATHAN: well everything we had was real. Eventually she hated where we lived. I tried many time to give her everything she ever wanted but it wasn’t enough. She decided to leave..left me on the airplane in Chicago amongst many other things. I decided to spend the rest of the time with my family. When she realized her lifestyle was going to be different she wanted to apologize and asked me to forgive her. I haven’t.
COMMENT: we only see a few minutes of their lives on TV don’t be fooled…I’m certain she’s a very loving mama
JONATHAN: The producers told my mom to be hard on Fernanda. My mother loves Fernanda but will always take my side first. Blood is always thicker. Fernanda’s family will always have my back because they know the truth.
COMMENT: I hate this comment. She shouldn’t always take your side because you’re blood. 🙁 She should have the side of peace and what’s right, which I’m sure she does.
JONATHAN: well she has always defended Fernanda until recently.
FERNANDA: what are you talking about?
JONATHAN: You didn’t tell me that your whole family has taken my side? Am I lying?
COMMENT: Happy new year, I hope that you and Fernanda get back together. Being married is not easy. If she left for what ever reason and than came back I think you should understand that she that she is young and you need to help her not give up on her. Sorry I hope I am not ofending you. But when you get married you don’t give up.
JONATHAN: I never gave up. I gave 1000% always, until it wasn’t enough.

COMMENT: I don’t think @jonathan_myrealtor was played. I think everything was real. Unfortunately she’s not mature and I say that bc I was just like her in my first relationship. It takes time and life experiences for one to grow. I was 19 when my first boyfriend was 31 and it was very hard bc he wanted a calm relationship and i was just getting started in that world and I thought I needed 100% of his attention and we fought all the time. It was tough. But now I’ve been happily married for 3 years and we can count how many times we had an argument. But that came bc I learned from my past experiences what I didn’t want to carry into my forever relationship to make it “forever”. Anyway I just can relate a lot to what they go through but I’m sure everything was very real
JONATHAN: it was so real. Our love was so real. I couldn’t take giving everything and still being stripped of the things I loved.

JONATHAN: I totally know what it means, trust me. She refused the help and the friends and opportunities I tried to provide for her. You can only give so much until you start giving up the things you love and it still means nothing.

But before we give all of our love to another person we need to love ourselves first and it’s very hard being insecure in a relationship bc if the person is not 100% happy all the time he/she will leave, been there too. JONATHAN: Not once in 9 months she was in this country did I go out partying or clubbing. I met with my friends on 1 occasion that was not work related without her and that was last Friday. Im sorry but your statement is false. I’m 33 but everyone needs time away from the four walls.

JONATHAN: I am not one for drama, I prefer to remain private but I’m not ok with my spouse airing our laundry to get my attention. Deleting me, deleting or pictures then putting them back. I mean come on.
COMMENT: All of these negative comments about Fernanda are ridiculous. I hope she doesn’t read too many of them because it could really hurt her mental health. I agree she shouldn’t have made their personal issues known to the public, however it’s still nobody’s business but theirs. No one knows what’s really happening except the two of them. Talking negatively about Fernanda makes no difference…. yes, there may be things she needs to learn and grow to accept. Doesn’t give anyone the right to call her names on social media!
JONATHAN: yes, please do not bad mouth her. I hope you all continue to support her. I guess you reach a point were you can’t allow yourself to do more or you’ll lose your self worth.

OK, that’s pretty much everything! Jonathan certainly wants us to think that he and Fernanda have broken up, but who knows what the truth really is? Fernanda posted some photos enjoying New Year’s Eve with a group of people, and she looks to be having a wonderful time. Could it be that the couple had planned to spend New Year’s apart and just decided to troll everyone with a break up story? I suppose time will tell. I only hope that regardless of whether or not they actually split, we don’t have to see any more videos of Jonathan’s junk!
