She even talks a bit about some of the other baby daddies from the 16 and Pregnant series and expresses her gratitude for having someone like Cody who treats her with respect and was willing to step up to the responsibilities that come along with being a father.
I said it in my Brooke Smitherman-Tarrant profile post and I’ll say it again now after having seen the episode: “I like Brooke!” Though she was unable to break the cycle of teen pregnancy in her family, she is a bright and funny girl that was mature enough to make the transition from high school junior to teen mother about as well as anyone could. Cody seemed a little “good ol’ boyish” but he did manage to graduate early and he always seemed to do what needed to be done when it needed doing. By the end of the episode I was likin’ Cody as well. He seems like a guy that I’d like to have a beer with – in however many years when he is of legal age to drink.
