We are a Teen Mom nation in mourning today as it has been announced the planned “Teen Mom Cruise” to the Bahamas with Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Amber Portwood has been canceled.
The sad news comes via The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, who confirmed the demise of the Bon Mom Voyage by speaking with a rep from Vacations by Design, the company sponsoring the event. “They didn’t tell us much about why the cruise was getting cancelled, just that one of the actresses scheduled to go could no longer go,” the rep says. [Yes, the rep said “actress,” which I think is pretty accurate at this point. And I mean that in a “reality shows are basically all scripted” kind of way as well as in a “yes these moms work for a living” kind of way.]
Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Sea was set to embark on July 31, which would have meant Kail would be far enough along in her current pregnancy that travel would not be recommended. For that reason, it is assumed that the “actress” in question is her.

The web page with information about the cruise has been removed, although the reservations page is still up. The rep tells The Ashley that anyone who purchased a ticket for the cruise will receive a full refund with no penalties. The rep also shared a bit of positive news for those heartbroken by the cruise news: “We have been told that they may be doing one next year.”
