Kate Gosselin and her eight children made their triumphant return to TV last week as TLC premiered the third season of Kate Plus 8. If you’re like us, it’s easy to get a little confused who’s who among the twins and the sextuplets. So, we’ve put together a handy-dandy graphic with photos of all eight Gosselin children along with their birthdays and ages. And before you laugh at the latter of those (yes, I realize there are only two birthdays and two ages), we actually include the order in which the twins and the sextuplets were born! (Isn’t that a crazy reality, that who’s the oldest and youngest among six brothers and sisters was all determined in a matter of minutes during delivery?!?)

THE TWINS
Cara Nicole Gosselin and Madelyn “Mady” Kate Gosselin were born on October 8, 2000. They are currently 14 years old with Cara being the older by six minutes. She was born at 5:41 AM and sister Mady was born at 5:47 AM.
THE SEXTUPLETS
Kate Gosselin gave birth to sextuplets — three boys and three girls — on May 10, 2004 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. A team of more than fifty doctors and nurses were on hand for the delivery and the six babies, all except Collin weighing under three pounds, were delivered within three minutes of each other.

Jon has said in the past that the girls’ middle names are all fruits of the spirit taken from Galatians 5:22-23 (“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”), but Leah’s middle name, Hope, is not actually mentioned in the passage. The boys’ middle names are all in reference to family members (included below).
Here all the sextuplets in the order that they were born:
Alexis “Lexi” Faith Gosselin (2 lb 11.5 oz, 15 inches long)
Hannah “Hannie” Joy Gosselin (2 lb 11 oz, 13.8 inches long)
Aaden Jonathan Gosselin (2 lb 7.5 oz, 13 inches long) Aaden is easily identified as he is the only one of the sextuplets to wear glasses. His middle name is in honor of his father.
Collin Thomas Gosselin (3 lb 0.5 oz, 15 inches long) The largest of the sextuplets at birth, Collin’s middle name Thomas is in honor of his paternal grandfather.
Leah Hope Gosselin (2 lb 14.8 oz, 15.4 inches long)
Joel Kevin Gosselin (2 lb 9.7 oz, 15.4 inches long) Joel’s middle name Kevin is in honor of Kate’s brother.
