52-year-old playboy George Clooney shocked the world when he became engaged to Amal Alamuddin after decades of bachelorhood. It turns out he also his One Fine Day co-star Michelle Pfeiffer a lot of money.
It’s certainly a change of heart for Clooney, who earlier this year insisted that he was serious about never getting married again (he was married once before, to actress Talia Balsam.) “This fascination with my love life is really something,” he told the British newspaper The Express. “I keep saying I’ll never get married again or have children, but people just don’t want to believe me.”
A while back Michelle Pfeiffer bet George $100,000 that he would marry again. There’s no word yet if George plans to pay up, but it would be a nice gesture to donate to charity in Michelle’s name.
