Vinny Guadagnino reportedly leaves Jersey Shore for good
Jersey Shore‘s other “Sweetheart” has walked off the set for good! Nice guy Vinny Guadagnino has reportedly had enough and left the Seaside Heights beach house last night to return to his home and family in Staten Island.
The incident comes on the heels of Vinny storming out of the house Wednesday night (photo above) after a shouting match with other cast members and then getting a room for the night at a nearby hotel. He returned to the house the next afternoon and even made it to his shift at the t-shirt shop with JWoww and Sammi that evening.

But, this time around it sounds like Vinny’s departure is for good. Sources directly connected to the cast tell TMZ that Vinny had an altercation with a fellow cast member and that he was feeling “burned out.” The site also confirms that Vinny is currently at his home in Staten Island.
From TMZ:
Sources connected with the show say Vinny has been a pain in the ass and no one will be getting on their knees, begging him to come back.
TMZ spoke with executive producer Sally Ann Salsano, who tells us, “We do not comment on the production of the show.”

This really sucks! And judging from all the photos in Florence it appeared as though this was going to be the Season of the Vinny! But, part of his “nice guy” persona is his really close connection to his family, so perhaps filming two season in a row with a break was just too much for him. TMZ says his previous departure and overnight stay at the hotel was fueled by him feeling “homesick” and that his fellow cast members were able to convince him to stay. Apparently they weren’t able to – or didn’t even try to this time around.
It breaks my heart to think Vinny is going the way of Angelina and that next year about this time he will be staging a marriage proposal on the red carpet of some obscure event. Nooooo!!!
As a desperate plea to Vinny I offer up the greatest New Jersey “please come back” bromance song ever written – Bruce Springsteen’s ode to guitarist and good friend Little Steven titled “Bobby Jean Vinny G:”
Now, you hung with me when all the others
Turned away, turned up their nose
We liked the same music, we liked the same bands
We liked the same clothes
We told each other that we were the wildest
The wildest things we’d ever seen
Now I wished you would have told me
I wished I could have talked to you
Just to say goodbye, Vinny G
The duck phone is calling…
QUACK!!! QUACK!!
Vinny come back!
(As for The Big Man Clarence Clemons – we know you won’t be back, but you’ll always be here in our hearts!)
