VIDEO Sarah Jessica Parker talks mole removal on David Letterman with before and after photos
I’m sure you all remember the single most important event in recent American history: Molegate. The controversy surrounding the removal of Sarah Jessica Parker’s chin mole gripped this country’s attention like no other single news story since the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Sarah Jessica Parker was on The Late Show with David Letterman last night and she talked about the incident in public for the first time:
SJP explains that the decision to remove her “signature” was a whimsical one and was given about as much weight as where to shop the next day. She confesses to Letterman, “I didn’t object, I just didn’t care for it and I thought I have about six free days where I could be bloodied and scabbed and no one will care, and honestly I didn’t think a thing about it, and then apparently it turned into Molegate.”
A close-up of the murder victim:
It was startling to hear Parker actually talking about the incident. The makers of Frost/Nixon are already working up the screenplay for Letterman/Parker.
Here are the before and after mole removal photos of Sarah Jessica Parker from the top of this post. The before photo was taken June 1, 2008 at the MTV Movie Awards and the after photo is from the December 14, 2009 premiere of Did You Hear About the Morgans in New York City.
