Here is an amazing video of former Smiths frontman Morrissey getting hit by a bottle containing some sort of liquid during a concert in Liverpool. The singer was shaking the hands of fans at the front of the stage when the bottle rocket hit him square on the noggin. Immediately afterward the singer said “Goodbye” and walked off the stage ending the show after only two songs!
The Liverpool show at Echo Arena was the last gig of the UK leg of Morrissey’s tour. According to The Sun UK, audience members in attendance will be offered a complete refund.
Morrissey is scheduled to perform again Monday in Holland.
