Page Six says Mob Wives star Renee Graziano was admitted into rehab this Monday. Their source told them that while she has had issues with prescription pills in the past, she was clean when she went into rehab. So, why did she go?
Her rep confirmed to Page Six that Renee is at a rehab center, but confirms that she is not currently using drugs or alcohol, but is instead trying to focus on her health.
“Although Renee Graziano has been admitted to a rehabilitation center, it is not for any current drug or alcohol use of any kind. Her choice to enter rehab was made entirely on her own. She has made this decision for the betterment of her son AJ [Pagan]’s life, as well as to improve her physical, mental and spiritual health.”
It’s definitely understandable if she’s feeling stressed. It seems more and more people seek treatment in rehab facilities for problems with stress or mental health, although sometimes that’s a front celebrities use to cover addiction issues, it still is a legitimate use of rehab facilities. Many times people with addiction problems also have underlying mental health issues, so these facilities are now equipped to help people deal with these issues, whether or not they have an addiction, or an inactive addiction.
A few things that may be stressing Renee out:
Renee is being sued by her plastic surgeon for claiming that she almost died after a full body lift.
Her house was burglarized this summer.
She suffered a miscarriage this January of her ex-husband’s baby after her father was sent to jail because said ex-husband wore a wire and informed on him to the FBI.
Her son was arrested this May for trying to break up a fight.
