A new trailer for Finding Dory, the sequel to 2003’s Disney/Pixar modern animated classic Finding Nemo, was released today exclusively via The Ellen Show.
Fans already knew that the adorable little dopey blue tang fish Dory, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres, was the real star of Nemo. Now we all get to follow her own adventure as she tries to find her family!
“Migration is about going home,” Dory’s stingray friend tells her. When Dory asks how the stingrays know where to go, he says, “Instinct. Something deep inside you that feels so familiar that you have to listen to it.”
Along with Ellen, other voice actors include Ed O’Neil as an octopus named Hank; Kaitlyn Olson as a white shark named Destiny; and Ty Burrell as a beluga whale named Bailey.
Finding Dory is set to be released on June 17, 2016.
