The Killers saxophonist Tommy Marth committed suicide last night

The Killers’ saxophonist Tommy Marth died last night in his Las Vegas home from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He was only 33 years old.

The Killers broke the news with this statement:

Marth played sax on their second and third albums (2006’s Sam’s Town, and 2008’s Day & Age.)
