A 12-year-old Pennsylvania boy robbed a 10-year-old’s neighborhood lemonade stand by threatening the younger boy with a BB gun. The assailant made off with $30 before getting taken into police custody.
According to police in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the preteen boy demanded the younger kid turn the money over or else he would shoot him with the weapon. The local police sergeant said the boys “got into a wrestling match over the money box” and the older kid eventually made off with $30.
Good thing no shots were fired… That BB gun could shoot an eye out!
Three other kids chased the prepubescent criminal back to his house. They were then able to alert police to the boy’s location and he was apprehended. He will likely face charges in juvenile court.
