Perez Hilton wore Miley Cyrus’ infamous VMAs twerking outfit (complete with foam finger) to Heidi Klum’s Annual Halloween bash, and he even went so far as to nub up his hair. This job pretty much requires that I never be at a loss for words, but I have no idea what to say here. Ummmm… He’s wearing fangs, so I guess I can make a Miley Vampyrus joke?
