Paris Hilton meets her biggest fan in West Hollywood

Paris Hilton was out and about in West Hollywood yesterday picking up some cosmetics and visiting the Kate Somerville spa when she ran into what could very well be her biggest fan ever!

Sensing the enormity of this man’s admiration Paris took time out of her busy schedule to pose for a couple photos – one with him and one for him. In the second photo you can see Paris Hilton’s brand new white $375,000 Lexus LFA in the background – oh, and a bit of the burly man’s equivalent of side boob:
