PHOTOS Mourning dad gets amazing response after asking for Redditors’ Photoshop help
When Nathan Steffel and his wife lost their infant daughter last week to complications from a liver tumor, they wanted a picture that would represent how beautiful the little girl was during her six weeks of life. Because she was hospitalized for her whole life, the family didn’t have photos without her surrounded by medical equipment. So, Nathan put a simple request out on Reddit: Could someone with Photoshop skills please remove the tubes in their picture?
The request was quickly and beautifully honored by dozens of readers.

“I was overwhelmed with the response I got,” Nathan told Today. “My wife and I were so grateful so many people took the time out of their own lives to either send a nice message of sympathy or an awesome drawing. They couldn’t have made this father any happier.”
