PHOTOS Adrienne Maloof selling Beverly Hills estate for $26 million
Adrienne Maloof is moving on from Dr. Paul Nassif in every way possible. After first insuring that her former partner cannot be within 100 yards of her or her sons, she’s now getting rid of the mansion they once shared. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has listed the Beverly Park mansion for $26 million.
Adrienne’s co-star Kyle Richard’s husband Mauricio Umansky is the realtor on the 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom home which comes equipped with a tennis court, media room, wine cellar, swimming pool, pool house and guest house.
Sources close to Adrienne told TMZ that she approved the listing of the home because “she just needs to make a change.” Another source revealed that although there have been claims of abuse, the listing has nothing to do with that. The couple made a joint decision to sell the property.
Adrienne and Paul purchased the Beverly Park home for just $12.708 million back in 2004 so if the home sells for the listing price, they are set to make over $13 million on the deal which they’ll likely split as part of their divorce settlement.

Adrienne’s home is not only a piece of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills history, it also had a RHOBH neighbor. Lisa Vanderpump lived across the street until she sold her home last September for $19 million. At the time, she told Radar Online, “It’s just too big for Ken and me. It’s 17,000 square feet and my daughter and son already moved out. So it’s just Ken and me and it’s really too big for two people. We found a beautiful, 10,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills.”
