Putting divorce rumors (mostly) to rest, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott posted a photo from their New Year’s 2014 celebration.
“I can NOT believe it’s 2014. Time flies when you’re having fun… and when you have 4 little ones running around,” Tori said on her blog. “We rang in the New Year with (kid-friendly) cocktails, lots of yummy treats and some quality family time.”
The relationship status statement comes after a woman named Emily Goodhand claimed she and Dean had an affair in early December when Dean was on a business trip.
“He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage,” Emily, 28, exclusively told Us Weekly. “I believed him.”
After those reports emerged, Tori was photographed without her wedding ring. Los Angeles-area shoppers noticed Tori and Dean’s shop, InvenTORI, closed.
Despite those seeming indications of trouble in paradise, sources told People that Tori and Dean don’t intend to make hasty decisions about their future as a couple.
“He’ll fight hard for her,” a source said of Dean, adding Tori’s mutually invested. “She’s very dependent on Dean and the whole life they’ve created together.”

One factor Tori and Dean have on their side? Experience with these kinds of rumors. Last spring, Tori publicly blasted Star for publishing a feature story about her “$300 Million Divorce,” saying on her blog, “You want to make inaccurate low blows at someone Star? Go for me! I can handle it. I always have. But don’t do it to a man that has done nothing but loved me and our children.”
