Kim Zolciak’s plastic breasts were already defying gravity, but still had a kind of sag that gave them a more natural look when not being pushed up by undergarments.
But the thought of looking natural bummed her so much (Barbie Complex, see Heidi Montag), she went in for a boob job revision, which lifted her assets (through her nipples) and then required her nipples to be moved to prevent visible scarring.
Not only that, but she went on a water slide a week after surgery, and her nipple started coming off and had to be sewn back on! If only Real Housewives was taping during all of this nipple drama!
